I know I've said this before, but I really am firing the blog back up!  Let me know what you want to learn, and I'll do my best to get that kind of content to you!  Here are some ideas:

Hi Coach, I'm posting from London in the UK and I love your videos. But I only get access to a gymnastics style gym once a week and some times can't make it so I make do with a regular gym 4 - 5 days per week. The reason I took up gymnastics is because it gave me a fun difference in my workout but now not being able to go as much it would be great if you visually do a series of gymnastic inspired workouts that can be done at a regular gym where there's no high bar and no pummel horse, etc. FYI - there's definitely a business idea in here for someone who want to appeal to a wider audience. Just saying...lol!
