5 Rounds: for time
  • 10 planche push-ups (pseudo planche push-up, or regular push-up to modify)
  • 10 pull-ups
  • 10 air squats

Workout Wednesday- Squats and Stuff

I've been super busy, so I have to squeeze mini workouts in throughout the day.  Give these a try!

Morning Workout: squats and stuff
  • 30 push-ups elbows in
  • 30 air squats
  • 20 push-ups elbows out
  • 20 air squats
  • 10 dive-bomber push-ups
  • 10 air squats

Lunch Workout: Fran-ish
  • 21 pull-ups
  • 21 55 lb. kettlebell thrusters
  • 15 pull-ups
  • 15 55 lb. kettlebell thrusters
  • 9 pull-ups
  • 9 55 lb. kettlebell thrusters

Evening Workout: more squats
  • 5 205 lb. front squats
  • 10! push-up Burpees (10 push-ups, 1 squat jump, 9 push-ups, 1 squat jump, 8 push-ups... etc.)
  • 5 205 lb. front squats
  • 10! push-up Burpees (10 push-ups, 1 squat jump, 9 push-ups, 1 squat jump, 8 push-ups... etc.)
  • 5 205 lb. front squats
