Things to come in the new year...

I've been working on re-formatting the blog a little bit, and organizing some more diverse workouts so that I can reach a larger audience.  Hopefully I'll have time to include regular video content, food journals, workouts for ladies, and, of course, ZeroMan.  Keep checking in.  Its going to be a good year!
