Food Journal from 1-3-2012


 Meal 1:
     - 1 whole egg scrambled with 3/4 cup egg whites and sauteed onions and garlic, topped with less than 1/4 cup of jalepeño-jack cheese
     - 1 medium banana
     - 2 fish oil capsules
     - coffee with almond milk and cinnamon






 Meals 2, 3, 4, & 5:
     - 4.25 oz lean organic turkey
     - 1/2 medium banana
     - 1/2 cup carrots
     - 1/2 cup celery
     - 20 almonds
     - 1 fish oil capsule






 Meal 6:
     - 6 ounce organic chicken breast baked in spicy spaghetti sauce
     - 1 1/2 cups broccoli
     - 1 cup carrots
     - 20 almonds
