10 Minute Home Workout

A power packed home workout for advanced athletes. If you just can't get out to the gym, try this quick workout!

What you'll need: a ladder, a chair or sofa, stairs (or a wall), something low to hold on to, and a dog.

3X 12 ladder rows (hold on last 3 reps in each set)
10 - 8 - 6 Candlestick pulls and lemon-squeezer / V-ups
2X 20 stair push-ups (incline press substitute)
25 fast elbows in push-ups
15 fast elbows out push-ups
20 fast squats (I know my air squats are bad)
20 dog front squats
