Food Journal from October 17th

Meal 1:
     * Think Thin® protein bar
     * coffee with cinnamon











Meal 2:
     * 1 whole egg scrambled with 3/4 egg whites topped with less than 1/4 cup of pepper-jack cheese
     * 1 serving of steel cut oatmeal cooked with almond milk, cinnamon, and one tablespoon of peanut butter
     * coffee with cinnamon







Meal 3:
     * Think Thin® Protein Bar












Meal 4:
     * Jimmy John's® #16 Club LuLu Unwich (lettuce wrap) with extra turkey
     * 1/2 chocolate chip cookie
     * Large iced tea









Meal 5:
     * Jimmy John's® #14 Hunter's Club Unwich (lettuce wrap) add ham
     * 1/2 chocolate chip cookie
     * Large iced tea









Meal 6:
     * Turkey cutlet baked in cream of mushroom and cream of celery soup
     * 3/4 cup of cooked brown rice
     * 15 almonds
