Coach Geoff's Power Smoothie



This is a meal replacement shake I make a few times a week. Everyone is always asking me what's in it, so here it is.

2.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
3.5 scoops Jay Robb egg white protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
3 heaping tablespoons Fage brand 2% Greek yogurt
3 heaping tablespoons organic honey peanut butter
30 almonds or so
1 tablespoon sweetleaf brand stevia
a few dashes of cinnamon
1 cup frozen broccoli florets
1 cup frozen cut spinach
1 medium banana
1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
3/4 cup frozen dark sweet cherries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 Sambazon frozen açaí pureé

blend until smooth. scrape sides then blend again. makes three man-size smoothies, or five lady-size smoothies.
