Breakfast Today

1 whole egg scrambled with 1 cup of egg whites, sauteed peppers, garlic & onions. Pepper-jack cheese on top

Fruit smoothie with:
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup frozen dark sweet cherries
1/4 frozen cut spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Dash of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of sweet leaf brand stevia
